SARAH

Sarah followed her heart to Michigan in 2016 – coming from the Puget Sound where she was a barista and sailor.  She began exploring the natural world primarily from the decks of tall ships where bioluminescent waves and plankton tows were as commonly enjoyed as a morning cup of coffee.  While she still has an awful lot to learn about the ecology of this land (among other things), she brings with her a background in environmental education and a love of the wind on her face. She enjoys riding her bike, creating art and is hoping to become an EMT.
