Celebrate the end of winter and coming of spring by partaking in the delicious gift that the maple trees offer us. This class will cover and describe equipment, techniques, history and practices related to the art of "sugaring".   Proper conditions pending, the class will tap trees and boil sap into maple syrup together.  This class is planned at the expected beginning of maple season so that people may have the opportunity to create their own "sugar bush" close to where they live.
