Come out for a foraging walk where we will harvest three to five goods, then bring them back to the outdoor kitchen and learn to cook with them. The class will use both foraged and commercial ingredients to create a couple of different dishes and beverages. Bring a sandwich and we will all have lunch together with our foraged dishes as sides.
